Custom Single Phrase Package

Service Description

This package includes a phrase of your choice under 25 letters. The letter color options are black, lavender, yellow, blue, and/or mint. You can also choose 4-6 graphics. All signs come with colorful balloons and stars. HOW TO BOOK: If your event is Thursday, you will select a booking for Wednesday night. (the night before) Need Additional Nights??? Go to our "STORE Add-ons" page for more info. RENTAL AND RESERVATION POLICIES 1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. 2. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. However, we do encourage you to take photos with the sign. 3. Please do not remove, move or rearrange any signs without permission from a Suwanee Yard Card employee. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items. 4. If you have a LAWN CREW (cutting, Mosquito Spraying, True Green, etc.) coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. These do damage our signs. 5. Suwanee Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental. SET UP AND REMOVAL Your exact time depends on where you are on the route. Times are as follows: PM Setup/Removal - 6:30-8:30pm CANCELLATION / REFUND 1. If you need to cancel your yard card, you must do so one week in advance of your approved booking date and time to receive a full refund. 2. If you cancel 4-6 days before your approved booking night, you will receive a 50% refund. 3. No refunds for cancellation after 72 hours before your booking night. 4. In inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we will refund the full price. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. 5. No refunds due to the client giving us the wrong address. 6. No refunds due to homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display. 7. No refunds due to being denied access to a gated community. 8. No refunds for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control. * By placing an order/booking with Suwanee Yard Cards, you agree to all policies.*
